A., Filiale di Rho, for an important company operating in the rubber and plastic sector, is looking to expand its workforce with: PRODUCTION OPERATORS The selected resources will join a dynamic and structured team, engaging in operational production activities in various departments, managing raw materials, and setting up automatic and semi-automatic machinery. They will also be responsible for quality control of products, both visual and using measuring instruments. The resource will play a fundamental role in ensuring efficiency, precision, and punctuality in carrying out the tasks, collaborating with different production teams. Contract Details
* Initial temporary contract, with possibility of extensions;
* Level H CCNL Gomma Plastica (14 monthly payments);

Monday to Sunday, on continuous shifts (6/14

* Loading/unloading lines;
* Setting up machinery;
* Managing technical mechanical problems on various machinery;
* Visual and dimensional quality control of products and anomaly management;
* End-of-line activities; Required Requisits
* Previous experience of at least 1-3 years in production environments in the food, rubber/plastic,



chemical-pharmaceutical, or metalworking sectors;
* Good proficiency in using computer tools;
* Good proficiency in using main bench and measuring instruments;
* Ability to manage operational activities within assigned timelines;
* Immediate availability;
