Requisiti:
Qualifications/RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experienceDemonstrated experience in process troubleshooting,



scaling up and industrializationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structured root cause analysisStrong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machinesFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and productionWould be considered plus:proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industrySolid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP
- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)
