CTNM Group s.r.o., a company based in Bratislava, Slovakia, is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Client Research & Business Development Assistants.

We are looking for individuals who are proactive, curious, reliable, and eager to grow professionally within an international business environment.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential business clients, distributors, partners, and commercial opportunities in international markets.
- Conduct extensive online research using search engines, business directories, professional platforms, and other relevant sources.
- Identify suitable companies and key business contacts.
- Build and maintain organized prospect databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and send professional business emails to prospective clients.
- Manage regular email correspondence and follow-up communications.
- Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Organize and update client information, research results, and business opportunities.




- Support the company’s international business development and lead generation activities.
- Report progress and research findings to management.

What We’re Looking For

- Good written and spoken English is essential.
- Confident computer skills and strong familiarity with internet research.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to write clear, professional business emails.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments.
- Motivation, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- A stable internet connection and access to a personal computer.

Previous experience in lead generation, online research, customer prospecting, or business development is an advantage, but not essential.

Fixed Monthly Compensation

Starting compensation of €400 per month.

Salary Growth Opportunity

After the initial three-month trial period, compensation may be reviewed and increased based on individual performance, productivity, and results.





Attractive Sales Commissions

In addition to the fixed monthly compensation, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions when a client you have identified leads to a successfully concluded commercial contract.

Commissions will be linked to the value of the relevant business transaction, according to the company’s commission policy.

International Business Exposure
