The role is operational in nature and focuses on platform administration, digital content deployment, campaign support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. /p h3Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3 h3Marketing Hub (SharePoint) /h3 ul liMaintain and administer the corporate Marketing Hub (SharePoint), including content uploads, page updates, document libraries, metadata management, and user permissions. /li liSupport content contributors with publishing activities and repository organization. /li liMonitor platform usage metrics and prepare standard reporting. /li /ul h3Social Media (LinkedIn Facebook) /h3 ul liSupport the execution of global Immuno social media activities on LinkedIn and Facebook, including content scheduling, publishing, and editorial calendar maintenance.



/li liCoordinate content localization requests with regional marketing teams. /li liLiaise with external agencies for the development and delivery of social media assets and copy. /li liMonitor channel performance and prepare analytics reports. /li /ul h3Digital Campaigns CRM Support /h3 ul liSupport the execution of multichannel digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and marketing automation platforms. /li liConfigure and maintain campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, forms, and tracking links. /li liSupport campaign management activities within Salesforce CRM, including campaign setup, lead management, data maintenance, and reporting. /li liAssist the global team with campaign deployment and performance tracking. /li liGenerate campaign performance reports and dashboards. /li /ul h3Website Management /h3 ul liImplement website content updates and maintain web pages for the Immuno portfolio. /li liCoordinate approved content deployment with product managers and external agencies. /li liMonitor website analytics and perform routine content, functionality, and quality checks. /li /ul h3Learning Training Support /h3 ul liManage training content uploads and maintenance across digital learning platforms and SharePoint repositories. /li liSupport user administration activities, including account setup, permissions management, and course enrollment. /li liMaintain content libraries, version control, and metadata organization. /li /ul h3Education, Experience, And Qualifications /h3 ul liEnglish proficiency: Very good command of written and spoken English. /li liExperience with SharePoint administration and content management. /li liExperience with Salesforce CRM, digital marketing platforms, website CMS, and analytics tools. /li liFamiliarity with LinkedIn and Facebook business platforms. /li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities in a global environment.
