This role is ideal for professionals who want to focus on delivering high-quality legal solutions within a modern, international structure — without being involved in business development or administrative tasks. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct virtual consultations with international individuals and corporate clients. /liliAdvise on immigration and mobility strategies in Italy, including national visas, residence permits, work authorization routes, family reunification, long-term residence and Italian citizenship procedures. /liliManage applications and processes before Italian consulates, Questure, Prefetture, Sportelli Unici per l’Immigrazione, municipalities and other relevant Italian authorities.



/liliAdvise clients on key immigration and relocation requirements, including documentation, eligibility criteria, procedural timelines and post-arrival obligations. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless mobility experience for clients. /liliMaintain organized case tracking and communication through CRM tools. /li /ulpbNote: /b Lead generation is handled internally — you will work with qualified and validated clients. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliLaw degree obtained in Italy. /lili+4 years of experience in Immigration Law, ideally with exposure to international mobility, relocation and corporate immigration matters. /liliExperience with key Italian immigration and mobility procedures, including national visas and residence permits, elective residence, digital nomad and remote work routes, self-employment, subordinate work permits, EU Blue Card, family reunification, long-term residence permits, and Italian citizenship procedures, including citizenship by descent, marriage and residency. /liliStrong client management skills, especially with international individuals, companies and high-net-worth profiles. /liliFluency in Italian and English.
