As we enter our
next phase of growth
, we are looking for a Sales Agent with a
strong network in the fashion industry
to support our international expansion and develop new wholesale partnerships across key markets.
The Role
You will play a key role in expanding pan y mar's presence in international markets by
identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with retailers, boutiques and premium resortwear destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new wholesale accounts in international markets.
Build and maintain relationships with fashion buyers, boutiques and premium retailers.
Present our collections to potential stockists and manage the wholesale sales process.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and distribution in target markets.
Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities,



and provide insights into local market dynamics.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in fashion sales, preferably within swimwear, beachwear, resortwear, or contemporary womenswear.
An established network of buyers and retail contacts in relevant international markets.
A strong understanding of the wholesale business and the premium fashion segment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
