pWithin bGOSP Generali Operations Service Platform /b, we are looking for a Senior Audio Video, Live Production Digital Collaboration Specialist to support in delivering and driving the following key activities: /pulliProvide end-to-end technical leadership, operations and support for enterprise Audio Video environments, including meeting rooms, executive rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums and event spaces; /liliOperate, monitor and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Collaboration devices and related AV infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, lifecycle management and service continuity; /liliPlan, coordinate and deliver live, hybrid and virtual productions for corporate, institutional, executive and large-scale internal events; /liliConfigure and operate video switching, production control, signal routing and content distribution systems, ensuring seamless execution of live productions and broadcasts; /liliManage software-based production platforms such as vMix and equivalent solutions, supporting graphics, recording, streaming and remote contribution workflows; /liliDesign, prepare and operate live visual assets including graphics, overlays, lower-thirds, countdown timers, presentation content and multimedia contributions; /liliManage media playback, presentations and local or remote audio/video sources, ensuring signal integrity, synchronisation and broadcast-quality delivery standards; /liliProvide technical leadership throughout the event lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, rehearsals, live execution, incident management and post-event reviews; /liliContribute to the design, testing, commissioning and acceptance of AV and collaboration solutions for new offices, executive meeting spaces, auditoriums and Digital Building initiatives; /liliDesign, implement and maintain professional audio systems for auditoriums, boardrooms and conference facilities, including digital mixing environments and advanced audio distribution architectures; /liliDefine and maintain operational procedures, contingency plans and business continuity measures for high-visibility and business-critical events; /liliMonitor service performance, incidents, escalations, SLAs and KPIs while driving continuous service improvement and operational excellence; /liliSupport the evaluation, selection and adoption of emerging AV, streaming and collaboration technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliA qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Audio Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience; /liliAt least 10 years of professional experience in the Audio Video industry,



with significant exposure to enterprise AV environments, live production and digital collaboration technologies; /liliProven experience supporting executive environments, corporate auditoriums, boardrooms and business?critical events; /liliDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments, collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
/li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliPractical experience with video switching, production mixers, AV routing and graphics workflows; /liliKnowledge of Cisco Audio Video devices and Microsoft Teams Rooms; /liliKnowledge of professional audio technologies including DSP platforms, microphones, digital mixing consoles and audio distribution architectures; /liliKnowledge of displays, LED walls, videowalls, enterprise streaming platforms, AV-over-IP technologies, IP networking and multimedia protocols; /liliExperience supporting executive, institutional and mission?critical events.
