As a
Junior Distribution Services Manager
, you will join
EniPower
. Specifically, you will be placed within the distribution services unit, which has the primary responsibility of managing and coordinating the execution of metering activities and monthly invoicing of distribution services, in compliance with the methods and timeframes of the relevant legislation, contributing to the preparation of technical and economic estimates for the connections or disconnections of users to/from the networks, facilitating switching and user transfer activities, developing distribution tariffs, managing transport contracts, agreements and arrangements with counterparties, preparing budgets, forecasts and allocations for the services provided.
Main activities:
Provide support in managing, on a daily basis, the metering activities of the company's electricity networks (RIU and SSPC) ensuring the balancing of energy balances
Collaborate in ensuring the transmission of measurement flows to Terna, GSE, SII and company structures
Support activities that ensure business flows, such as managing user activation, deactivation, and disconnection processes, switches, transfers, etc.
Prepare the periodic information required by ARERA




Coordinate with the production site and technical headquarters structures to contribute to the preparation of technical-economic estimates and related contracts for the connections or disconnections of users to/from the electricity and heating networks and the related service billings
Analyze technical solutions for user connection, in compliance with applicable CEI regulations
Read, interpret and update technical diagrams (electrical and P&ID;)
Prepare transport and measurement contracts, conventions and agreements for the management of services
Collaborate in the validation of monthly invoices for distribution services
Prepare annual budgets, rates, forecasts and allocations, as well as reporting to company management
Required characteristics:
Master's degree preferably in Electrical/Energy/Management Engineering
Up to three years of experience in managing electricity metering and billing services, preferably in companies with highly complex distribution systems
Minimum knowledge of the reference regulation in the field of production and distribution of electrical and thermal energy
Good knowledge of the English language
Availability for mobility
The profile is completed by:
Basic knowledge of the general operating principles of high, medium and low voltage electrical networks and district heating networks
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (single-line electrical diagrams, P&IDs;, relevant technical standards, cadastral maps, etc.)




Knowledge of MS Office and CAD is preferred; knowledge of SAP IS-U and SAP IESS will be considered a plus.
Ability to analyze and summarize the technical and economic aspects of the activities carried out
Basic knowledge of the regulations of the regulated sector of electrical and thermal networks
