matrixed organization; /liliWorking knowledge of local labor law; /liliKnowledge of HRIS platforms; /liliTrack record of translating global policy into local practice; /liliData literacy and strong attention to detail /liliEffective collaboration across cultures in a global-local model; /liliDiscretion and sound judgment with sensitive matters; /liliPreferably advisory and stakeholder management skills.
