/liliSupport the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the team, fostering a positive work environment, managing schedules, and ensuring a strong shopfloor presence.
/liliImplement and monitor clienteling strategies, including customer development objectives, gifting, and effective use of sales support tools.
/liliManage the financial, administrative, and audit aspects of the store, including cash transactions, stock control, inventories, and after-sales service operations.
/liliEnsure compliance with all business practices and procedures, manage general housekeeping, and liaise with House and Group support services.
/liliAnalyze commercial and financial performance, prepare weekly reports, and contribute to the business plan for positive impact.

/h3ulliPrevious experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewellery or high-end products, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
/liliDemonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support, motivate, and develop a team.
/liliStrong understanding and proven experience in clienteling.
/liliExcellent organizational, administrative, and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial and stock management.
/liliStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
/liliAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
