Overview In this role you will lead strategic initiatives across the IET Business Segment, delivering unbiased insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform leadership priorities and long-term growth. You will shape strategic roadmaps for BUs and the IET portfolio and support planning processes to ensure timely, value-added outcomes. You will partner with Corporate HQ and contribute to leadership presentations, including BoD materials. You will manage analyses and threat assessments, working across a cross-functional landscape to drive transformation. This is a high-visibility role in a dynamic energy business with a global scope. * Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering, or related discipline
* Relevant experience in strategy, consulting or marketing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* Ability to quickly understand the full IET portfolio and build relationships with key stakeholders
