Overview In this role, you lead multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement, adoption, and revenue across the customer journey. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver personalized, data-driven touchpoints that support customers at every stage. You’ll identify key lifecycle moments to drive product usage and expansion, and you’ll measure impact to optimize ROI and retention. * Design and run multi-channel campaigns to drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention
* Identify lifecycle moments to introduce products and influence customer behavior using segmentation and personalization
* Monitor campaign performance and lifecycle KPIs, and report on ROI to guide strategy
* Provide actionable insights to improve conversions and campaign effectiveness




* Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other channels
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategy and product launches across the lifecycle Requisiti fondamentali
* 8+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology
* Proven track record of cross-sell and upsell campaigns with measurable revenue impact
* Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and Braze
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across remote teams
* Experience managing large cross-functional projects across cultures and time zones
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, global environment
