Overview

In this role you will optimize the production organization's assembly methods to minimize labor hours while aligning with quality, efficiency, cost, and safety targets. You will define working phase sequences for new production processes to meet product cost and investment goals, and you will drive improvement projects across the production ecosystem. Expect collaboration across functions to support start-up, testing, and adoption of new technologies that boost productivity and reduce costs. Responsabilità

- Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the production setup, ensuring timely delivery and cost targets




- Approve internal or external process designs and conduct final tests
- Support production during start-up of processes/equipment, defining actions and training resources
- Evaluate new process technologies, lead testing activities, and select external providers

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering or Technical diploma with 5+ years in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization
- Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools; hands-on problem solver
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work in cross-functional environments
- Proficient in English and Italian for stakeholder engagement
