Overview In this role, you lead multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement, adoption, and revenue across the customer journey. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver personalized, data-driven touchpoints that support customers at every stage. You’ll identify key lifecycle moments to drive product usage and expansion, and you’ll measure impact to optimize ROI and retention. This is a pivotal role in Deel’s customer experience and growth strategy.

Responsabilità

Design and run multi-channel campaigns to drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention Identify lifecycle moments to introduce products and influence customer behavior using segmentation and personalization Monitor campaign performance and lifecycle KPIs,



and report on ROI to guide strategy Provide actionable insights to improve conversions and campaign effectiveness Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other channels Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategy and product launches across the lifecycle

Requisiti fondamentali

8+ years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology Proven track record of cross-sell and upsell campaigns with measurable revenue impact Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and Braze Excellent written and verbal communication skills across remote teams Experience managing large cross-functional projects across cultures and time zones Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, global environment Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity collaboration across teams analytical thinking adaptability HubSpot Braze A/B testing
