Beyond Talent is partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion brand to appoint an experienced Senior Menswear Designer to join its creative team in Italy.

Reporting directly to the Design Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and elevating the Men's Ready-to-Wear collections, with a strong focus on woven categories, including tailoring, outerwear, trousers and shirting.

We are looking for a creative and technically accomplished designer with a strong understanding of luxury menswear, ideally complemented by experience in knitwear to contribute to the development of the full Ready-to-Wear collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Men's Ready-to-Wear collections, with particular expertise in woven categories, including tailoring, outerwear, shirting and trousers.
- Work closely with the Design Director to translate the brand's creative vision into distinctive, commercially relevant collections.
- Contribute to the development of knitwear collections where relevant, ensuring a cohesive design direction across all product categories.
- Lead the creative process from initial research, concept and fabric selection through to fittings, prototypes and final collection development.
- Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of fabrics, construction, silhouettes and luxury craftsmanship.
- Collaborate closely with product development,



merchandising and technical teams to ensure design excellence, quality and commercial relevance.
- Monitor market trends and evolving customer expectations while maintaining the brand's distinctive identity.

The Ideal Profile

- Proven experience as a Senior Menswear Designer within an established luxury fashion house.
- Strong and demonstrable expertise across woven menswear categories, particularly tailoring, outerwear, shirting and trousers.
- Previous exposure to knitwear design would be highly advantageous, ideally with the ability to contribute across the full Men's Ready-to-Wear spectrum.
- Exceptional creative sensibility, combined with strong technical knowledge of fabrics, construction and garment development.
- Ability to balance creativity, product innovation and commercial awareness.
- Experience working closely with a Design Director or senior creative leadership.
- Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
- Fluent English required; Italian is an advantage.
