Overview

As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you deploy AI platforms inside client enterprises, owning outcomes like time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability. You work across multi-stakeholder environments, translating platform capabilities into measurable business value. You lead architecture, governance, and adoption strategy, shaping reinvention roadmaps. This role offers enterprise-scale AI deployment across industries, with hands-on influence on CTO/CFO/CISO priorities.

Responsabilità

- Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, coordinating architecture to adoption
- Own programme-level delivery outcomes with time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability
- Drive rapid experimentation to production systems within days/weeks in enterprise settings
- Architect and govern AI solutions spanning identity, data, security, governance, and multi-system integration
- Shape reinvention strategy for client CTO/CFO/CISO, including ROI backlogs and adoption roadmaps
- Publish reusable blueprints, patterns, and accelerators for scale across engagements
- Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client leadership
- Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice





Requisiti fondamentali

- Extensive engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless)
- Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production
- Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines
- Experience leading software engineering teams and managing delivery across multiple workstreams
- End-to-end delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments
- Proven ability to quantify business value and communicate with senior stakeholders (CTO/CFO/CISO)
- Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders and building trust at executive level
