Overview

As a Business Transformation Analyst at Accenture, you will drive transformation initiatives across diverse industries by analyzing processes and operating models to identify improvements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver governance, roadmaps, and service delivery enhancements. You’ll develop insights and executive-ready presentations using Power BI or Tableau, supporting change management and project planning to ensure sustainable outcomes. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic problem-solving in a dynamic consulting environment.

Responsabilità

- Analyze processes, operating models, and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to deliver transformation projects and governance frameworks
- Contribute to project planning, reporting, change management activities, and transformation roadmaps

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in business transformation, consulting, PMO, operations, or change management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and present to stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau), and continuous improvement
- Interest in enterprise transformation, GCC/Shared Services/GBS, and AI-enabled transformation
- Fluency in Italian and English, collaborative mindset and adaptability
