Overview

In this role you will shape digital, data-driven offerings for UL Solutions by translating customer needs into clear product scope and material. You’ll work cross-functionally to define what the offering should do, how it is packaged, and how it’s explained, acting as the product expert in customer conversations. You will enable scalable, repeatable solutions while supporting pilots and commercialization in the Europe region. This position centers on capturing quality requirements and driving adoption within a non-sales, product-focused context.

Responsabilità

- Gather and document customer requirements and convert them into product decisions
- Analyze market and service data to identify gaps and opportunities for the offering portfolio
- Support pricing, packaging, and positioning decisions for digital solutions
- Serve as product lead for sales and global account teams on scope and capabilities
- Create collateral, demos, discovery guides, and use cases for consistent, scalable explanations
- Lead discovery sessions focused on customer problems and assess fit of current offerings




- Support pilots, adoption tracking, and feedback loops to Product and leadership
- Assist with launch readiness, materials, and internal training for new offerings
- Use CRM, Power BI, and market data to track performance and build business cases
- Convert bespoke work into standardized product components with defined scope and pricing

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Approx. 5+ years in BD, product management, product marketing, solutions consulting, or related role
- Proven ability to elicit customer requirements and translate into offering definitions
- Strong discovery, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to influence across functions without direct authority
- Working knowledge of technical, regulatory, digital, or software-enabled solutions
- Self-directed and comfortable in evolving environments
- Willingness to travel within the region
