Overview

As Product Manager for a strategic Partners Programme, you own the backlog and guide discovery and delivery across Moneyfarm’s engineering, operations, compliance, finance, and investment teams. You act as the day-to-day product counterpart to a major Italian institutional partner, aligning outcomes with the Partners Bubble goals. You translate complex regulatory and contractual requirements into actionable specs and drive cross‑functional delivery. You will shape platform decisions for reuse with future partners and lead AI‑driven, data‑guided workstreams that deliver impact.

Responsabilità

- Own and prioritise the programme backlog against the Bubble's Now/Next/Later roadmap
- Coordinate delivery across workstreams and manage dependencies and risks
- Bring requirements together from partner and internal teams; ensure scope, timelines and trade-offs are clear
- Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies
- Define and track success metrics linked to Partners Bubble goals
- Connect roadmap to Partners Bubble goals and challenge scope with data
- Contribute product input to platform decisions (e.g., data segregation and access)




- Prepare product updates for Partners Steer Co and align internal/partner stakeholders
- Support the Partners DRI with scope, feasibility and delivery timelines
- Use AI to speed up research, specification writing, analysis and stakeholder communication

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of direct product management experience in financial services/fintech
- Experience delivering products/platform changes with external partners or institutional clients
- Comfort with operational/back-office domains (custody, client money, fees, tax, regulatory reporting)
- Ability to translate complex business/regulatory requirements into engineers’ specifications
- Understanding of CONSOB, Bank of Italy, MiFID, KYC/AML regulations
- Strong collaboration with engineering and design; ability to influence without authority
- Fluent Italian (written and spoken) for partner work
- Good written and spoken English
- Bias for AI-first ways of working
- Data-driven decision making and clear written communication
