Overview

In this role you will manage DC-to-store replenishment to ensure availability, freshness, and quality across markets. You work with markets, retail partners, DCs, LSPs and internal teams to translate signals into actionable replenishment decisions. You will balance availability, food safety, cost and sustainability while coordinating with range changes and promotions. The position supports IKEA Food’s mission to simplify execution and deliver a reliable, great-tasting experience for customers.

Responsabilità

- Own DC-to-store replenishment availability for assigned markets and product flows
- Work with retail orders, replenishment parameters, exceptions and outbound flow execution
- Analyze orders, stock, sales, forecasts and distribution signals to identify risks early and act
- Balance availability, food safety, freshness, cost, sustainability and service level in outbound planning
- Coordinate replenishment with range changes, phase-in/out, market-specific products and limited shelf life
- Identify shortages, overstock, short shelf-life,



and service risks and propose practical actions or escalation
- Improve cross-functional ways of working with markets, retail partners, DC/LSP operations and internal stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in replenishment planning, order management, outbound logistics, or food goods flow
- Proficiency with ERP and order-management/planning systems (Infor tools)
- Ability to use KPIs, order and stock data, and deviation follow-up; proficient in Excel and Power BI
- Understanding of availability, freshness, quality, shelf-life and service risks and escalation processes
- Strong communication across markets, retail partners, logistics providers and internal teams
