Overview

As a PHP Developer within the Platforms team, you will help optimise our European cloud and hosting platform by delivering backend features and maintaining APIs. You’ll contribute to a microservices architecture and work closely with cross-functional squads to scale infrastructure. You’ll own technical decisions and engage in architecture work, with a focus on Linux-based hosting and automation for services like Managed Word Press and Woo Commerce. This role offers impact across Europe and a chance to shape platform growth.

Responsabilità

- Develop backend features in PHP and contribute to the microservices architecture
- Build and maintain internal APIs (API Platform/OpenAPI) for information exchange across Europe
- Participate in analysis and architectural work to improve the platform




- Automate services such as Managed Word Press and Woo Commerce
- Collaborate with a ~5-person PHP team to shape solution direction
- Own parts of the infrastructure-aligned codebase and influence technical decisions

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of PHP development experience
- Extensive experience with the Symfony framework
- Interest in infrastructure, systems, and related technologies
- Ability to identify recurring patterns and implement automated solutions
- Proactive ownership mindset and collaborative approach
- Fluent English; Right to Work in the country of application
