Who we are

Autry is inspired by the product of Jim Autry, the footwear specialist who in the 80’s designed a tennis court sneaker branded with his own name. The brand faded in late 90’s up until 2019, when 4 Italian entrepreneurs revived the brand and the product with a clear vision in mind: preserve its heritage while offering a modern interpretation of the original product, blending plainness and versatility while remaining true to the athletic roots of the brand.

Talents we are looking for To strengthen our Marketing & Communication team, we are looking for a Social Media Intern, will support the management of the brand’s social channels, content production and community relations.

Main responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day management of Autry’s social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the social content calendar and monthly editorial plans;
- Support the creation, adaptation and publishing of social content, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice;
- Contribute to content production activities, helping organize and manage shootings, productions and other content creation projects;
- Support the preparation of decks, presentations and materials for campaigns, social projects,



content production and communication activities;
- Monitor trends, formats, creators and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for the brand;
- Manage and monitor the social media community, including comments, direct messages and user interactions, ensuring timely and engaging responses in line with the brand’s tone of voice;
- Track community feedback, conversations and sentiment, identifying relevant insights and new engagement opportunities;
- Conduct regular competitor and market research, with a particular focus on fashion, lifestyle, sneakers and the most relevant cultural trends;
- Support the Social Media Manager in developing campaigns, launches, collaborations and special projects;
- Contribute to social performance reporting and analysis, monitoring key KPIs and helping define insights.

Requirements

- Degree, or ongoing studies, in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, Media or related fields;
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with a good understanding of social trends and formats;
- Good copywriting and communication skills;
- Strong visual sensitivity and great attention to detail;
- Previous internship or academic experience in social media,



communication or fashion is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong passion for fashion, lifestyle, sneakers and digital culture;
- Proactive, curious and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural inclination for community management and user interaction;
- Strong team player with an international mindset.
