/li liSupporting functional analysis and gap analysis between current processes, system capabilities and target solutions. /li liPlanning and overseeing functional and integration tests, including test scenarios, UAT support and defect management. /li liSupporting cutover planning and execution, including coordination of activities, dependencies, readiness checks and go-live activities. /li liSupporting data migration activities, including planning, coordination, data validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems. /li liSupporting bchange management and training activities /b, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training needs analysis, training material preparation and user adoption activities. /li liSupporting the preparation of functional specifications, process documentation, user requirements and client deliverables. /li liWorking with clients to understand business needs and contribute to the definition of practical, technology-enabled solutions. /li liManaging project bgovernance activities /b, including Steering Committees, workshops and project meetings. /li liMonitoring project risks and issues, defining mitigation actions and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. /li liContributing to the development of TNP's bProject Management and IT implementation /bexpertise and offering. /li /ul h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field. /li lib2+ years /bof experience in project management, IT consulting or enterprise system implementation projects.
