Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production Dept. activities to optimize resources, achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards. Lead the subordinate employees to maximize production KPI's. Cooperate with a team of production / shift / other managers to ensure that the plant / department meets its established targets and standards. direct and control the day-to-day activities of the production plant / operation
