Position

The main responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the effective and efficient execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget, identifying and assessing potential risks to minimize their impact and monitoring project performance through appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Define project objectives and scope in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating with R&D; Team Leaders to secure the necessary internal resources and,



where required, external support.
- Apply appropriate change management and control procedures to manage changes to project scope, timelines and costs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

- Knowledge of the fundamentals of project management;
- Knowledge of product development processes and software tools;
- Cross-functional hardware and software skills;
- Familiarity with laboratory workflows;
- Familiarity with Jira/Atlassian;
- A bachelor degree in a technical field;
- Good knowledge of English (at least B1 level);
- More than 2 years of experience in project management.
