Overview

As Pre-Sales Technologist, you will champion the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) and related solutions, driving adoption and revenue. You’ll build deep client relationships, articulate AI-driven value, and influence C-suite and engineering teams to adopt WXP as the strategic platform. You’ll lead technical proposals, demonstrations, and POVs, shaping deployments with a focus on security, efficiency, and employee experience. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at HP that combines strategy, technical leadership, and customer partnerships.

Responsabilità

- Articulate WXP value to executive and technical audiences
- Lead technical responses to RFPs and craft proposals
- Deliver compelling demonstrations, POV sessions, and platform showcases
- Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to advise on AI-driven workforce strategy
- Collaborate with Sales to position solutions and win deals
- Address diverse buyer needs (Infrastructure Managers, DEX Leads, Security Architects, ESG)
- Lead complex solution design and integration of WXP into existing ecosystems
- Oversee implementation handoff,



security & compliance articulation (ISO 27001, SOC2 Type2)
- Drive thought leadership and market feedback to Product/Engineering
- Mentor junior team members and develop consultative selling skills

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10+ years in technical pre-sales, consultative selling, or solutions architecture for cloud IT management/DEX
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering (or related technical field)
- Strong understanding of DEX platforms (WXP, 1E, NextThink)
- Expertise in Microsoft endpoint management (Intune, Entra ID)
- Experience with Salesforce (sales process) and data viz tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Splunk, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of ITSM and DEX as a business strategy; ServiceNow integration a plus
- Cloud architecture hands-on (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling) and APIs
- Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and virtualization (NVIDIA vGPU)
- Executive presence and ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical executives
