Overview

In this role you will drive the eCommerce buying for Moncler Man RTW, Footwear, Leather Goods and Small Leather Goods in Milan. You’ll define assortment, stock, and OTB by store and channel, while tailoring offerings to markets and size. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to develop a cohesive digital merchandising plan, monitor stock and online catalog representation, and optimize launches with the Digital Merchandising and Photo Studio teams. You’ll turn data and market insights into actionable actions to maximize online sales and cross-channel impact.

Responsabilità

- Support OTB definition by store, line and category based on sales and ST% targets
- Forecast carryover stock and define assortment depth per sales target and channel/market specifics
- Define commercial packages and eCommerce exclusives opportunities
- Partner with Collection and Retail Merchandising and Local teams for cross-channel strategy




- Perform structured sales and stock analysis to identify opportunities and assortment gaps with actionable recommendations
- Pro-actively monitor stock and online catalog to ensure accurate collection representation
- Coordinate with Photo Studio and Digital Merchandising to deliver a 360 plan on collection launches
- Maintain strong cross-functional focus on rolling out commercial plans for digital channels

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5-7 years of e-commerce buying experience
- Experience in Man RTW; footwear/leather goods background is a plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Market awareness of competitors and trends
- Effective communication with Management and other company functions
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills
