ORBIS Production is looking for a Junior Producer based in Milan or the surrounding area to join our team, working on commercials, branded content, fashion films and photography projects for international brands and agencies.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on production experience, fluent English and a creative, proactive mindset. Someone who moves quickly, stays organised and enjoys both developing ideas and making them happen.

You’ll work closely with our producers, supporting projects from the initial brief through preparation, shoot days and delivery.

What you’ll do:

- Support pre-production planning, schedules, call sheets and shoot logistics.
- Coordinate with crew, talent, locations and suppliers, keeping information clear and up to date.
- Research locations, creative references and production solutions, and contribute to pitches and treatments.
- Assist on set and support post-production coordination, helping track costs, deadlines and deliverables.

What we’re looking for:





- Previous experience in commercial, fashion film or photo production, including production assistant, coordinator or junior producer roles.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with confident, professional communication.
- Creative thinking, strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
- A fast, reliable and resourceful approach: you take initiative, follow through and adapt when plans change.

You should be based in Milan or within commuting distance and available to work in person with the team and on set.
