The role covers Talent Acquisition, HR administration, payroll inputs, employee relations and HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, supporting both our Milan Head Office and our growing retail store network.
In addition, the position will coordinate key office management activities, helping to ensure an efficient, well-organised and positive working environment.

- Manage and monitor attendance and absence records for Head Office and retail employees, ensuring data accuracy and following up on discrepancies.
- Review, consolidate and submit monthly timesheets and payroll-related information, liaising with the payroll provider/employment consultant and supporting the resolution of payroll-related queries.
- Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers on administrative, contractual and organisational matters, applying company policies, procedures and relevant Italian employment regulations.
- Support the Head of HR & Administration in employee relations matters, including the preparation and management of relevant documentation and follow-up activities.
- Build effective relationships with employees and managers, contributing to a positive, professional and collaborative working environment across Head Office and stores.
- Contribute to HR projects and organisational development initiatives, supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Coordinate office management activities for the Milan Head Office,
ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.
- Manage relationships with office suppliers and external service providers, including coordination of services, orders and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment and general workplace needs, monitoring stock levels and arranging purchases when required.
- Support the organisation of office facilities, maintenance and workplace-related services, liaising with relevant internal teams, landlords or external providers where required.
- Support practical arrangements for company meetings, visitors and internal events, helping maintain an organised, welcoming and professional office environment.

- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally gained in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or HR Administration role, with hands-on exposure to different stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, with direct involvement in recruitment processes from vacancy opening through to candidate selection and offer management.
- Solid understanding of core HR administration processes and Italian employment law, with the ability to manage routine HR matters with a good degree of autonomy.
- Hands-on experience with attendance, absences, timesheets and payroll information flows, including coordination with payroll providers or employment consultants.
- Experience supporting employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters, with a practical and service-oriented approach.
- Fluent Italian and English at B2 level or above.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
