Your responsibilities Welcoming and looking after our national and international guests Check-in and check-out Guest correspondence by phone and in writing Handling reservations and booking enquiries Administrative tasks at reception Close cooperation with housekeeping and service What you bring Previous experience at reception is desirable Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English A friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented manner Organisational talent and an independent way of working Confident handling of PCs and common hotel software (ASA) is a plus — but we’re happy to teach you
