We're working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major construction projects across Italy and are looking for an experienced electrical site supervisor to oversee electrical installation works on site.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll take responsibility for a designated area of the project, coordinating electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The Role

You'll oversee electrical installations from first fix through to completion, acting as the link between site operatives, subcontractors and project management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading electrical installation teams and subcontractors on site
- Planning and coordinating daily and short-term construction activities
- Monitoring productivity, progress and workforce requirements
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and work packages before installation
- Coordinating activities alongside mechanical, CSA and other project teams
- Ensuring installations meet project quality and safety requirements
- Managing inspections, snagging and close-out activities
- Supporting testing, commissioning and handover processes
- Monitoring material requirements and site deliveries
- Maintaining accurate site records and progress reports

The Person

- Electrical trade qualification or equivalent technical background
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical installation or site supervision
- Experience leading electrical teams and subcontractors on construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, schematics and specifications
- Experience coordinating installations in a live construction environment
- Knowledge of quality inspections, snagging and project handover activities
- Strong understanding of construction health and safety requirements
- Good organisational, communication and reporting skills
- Practical and solutions-focused approach to site management

Experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, pharmaceuticals, industrial projects or large commercial developments would be particularly valuable. Experience with power distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, containment and building services installations would also be advantageous.
