The Senior Developer SolDelv is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using SAP technologies such as ABAP and FIORI. This role involves deep collaboration with global stakeholders, mentoring of junior team members, and driving best practices in software engineering. The role requires both strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions using SAP ABAP and related technologies.
- Develop technical specifications and build robust, high-performance code.
- Conduct unit and integration testing; troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Convert functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Support junior developers and provide mentorship across development tasks.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver optimal business solutions.
- Work within agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Optimize SAP application performance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

Required

- 5 - 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP ABAP and related technologies
- Strong object-oriented programming skills, especially in ABAP OOP.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture and core modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PS.
- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead development efforts and support junior team members.
- Experience working in agile project environments and familiarity with agile tools.

Preferred
- Knowledge of FIORI/UI5, CDS views, and OData services is a plus.

Education

Required

- Bachelors or better in Engineering Technology or related field
