The Essentials
• Start date: Early November, ASAP (exact date to be agreed)
• Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension

What You'll Do
• Host Scouting: Discover and identify talented artisans and unique creative experiences, both online and in person
• Outreach: Connect with potential hosts, build relationships, and introduce them to Club Joy
• Onboarding: Support new hosts from the first conversation to launching their experiences on our platform
• Supply Growth: Work closely with our team to expand Club Joy's network, with real impact from day one What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• A hands-on, execution-first mindset: someone who gets things done
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Nice to Have
• Genuine interest in creativity, craftsmanship,
food, travel, and experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a startup, sales, partnerships, or community building
