FRUSCA SRL, partner of ITH Bolting Technology, is looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Italy. Start Date: Immediate Your

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and commercial support for our customers throughout the Italian sales region
• Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships in Italian market.
• Serve as the primary contact for on-site technical application consulting and develop customized solutions in close cooperation with our engineering department.
• Actively acquire new customers and expand our sales network.
• Travel regularly throughout the sales territory.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Participate in exhibitions and industry events to present our products and solutions.
• Build and maintain professional networks and generate new business contacts at exhibitions and industry events.

Your Profile
• Successfully completed a technical apprenticeship, for example as a mechanical engineering technician in the metalworking industry, or alternatively a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in technical sales, ideally in field sales.
• Experience in sales activities within Italy is an advantage.
• Strong sales and customer focus combined with a solid technical understanding of complex products.




• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence in an international business environment.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
• Ideally, practical application experience in mechanics, hydraulics, high-pressure technology, or mechanical engineering.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the sales region and possession of a valid Category B driver's license.
• Excellent Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Business-fluent English skills; additional language skills (e.g., German) are an advantage.
