Overview In this role you conduct on-site operational controls across the MALV perimeter, focusing on capacity checks, inventory and open-order verification, and structured reporting. You provide field-based visibility into supplier production capability and execution status, helping identify bottlenecks and risks. Based in Fiesso d’Artico, you support deploying the operations control model through consistent field work and reliable reporting. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to escalate critical findings and help drive corrective actions, contributing to supplier performance and delivery reliability. Retribuzione / Benefits

* Plan and perform regular and ad hoc on-site visits to external manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Assess production setup, workforce, equipment, workflows, lead times, and backlog on site
* Conduct capacity checks to compare declared capacity with observed conditions and committed volumes
* Perform inventory and open-order verifications including work in progress and stock status




* Identify issues affecting delivery performance or continuity and document findings
* Prepare visit reports, summarize observations, and recommend follow-up actions
* Escalate critical findings and support corrective action follow-up
* Coordinate with industrial, supply chain, sourcing, finance, compliance, and other stakeholders Requisiti fondamentali
* 3+ years in industrial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, supplier control, or related field
* Solid understanding of manufacturing environments, production flows, inventory logic, and capacity constraints
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured reporting
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment
* Autonomy, rigor, and credibility in field activities and supplier interactions
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
* Fluency in Italian and English
