Overview As Pre-Sales Technologist, you will champion the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) and related solutions, driving adoption and revenue. You’ll build deep client relationships, articulate AI-driven value, and influence C-suite and engineering teams to adopt WXP as the strategic platform. You’ll lead technical proposals, demonstrations, and POVs, shaping deployments with a focus on security, efficiency, and employee experience. * 10+ years in technical pre-sales, consultative selling, or solutions architecture for cloud IT management/DEX
* Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering (or related technical field)
* Strong understanding of DEX platforms (WXP, 1E, NextThink)
* Expertise in Microsoft endpoint management (Intune, Entra ID)
* Experience with Salesforce (sales process) and data viz tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Splunk, ServiceNow)
* Knowledge of ITSM and DEX as a business strategy; ServiceNow integration a plus
* Cloud architecture hands-on (AWS/Azure/GCP)
* Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling) and APIs
* Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and virtualization (NVIDIA vGPU)
