Overview In this role you will manage the Repair & Return lifecycle for Siemens, ensuring warranty handling, repair operations, quotations, supplier orders, and returns are executed smoothly. You will work closely with technical, administrative, repair centers and HQ teams, as well as external stakeholders to meet customer and Siemens requirements. The position blends customer service with cross-functional coordination in a hybrid Milan setting, offering growth and exposure to end-to-end service processes. * Bachelor in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or similar technical field (or equivalent)
