Avvale is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our AI & GenAI team in Lombardia. You will work on GenAI, NLP, demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, and computer vision across client projects and internal R&D;, translating complex business needs into actionable AI solutions.
You will lead design and implementation of end-to-end AI systems, evaluate when to deploy GenAI vs classical ML, and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences while advancing pre-sales efforts.
