Overview

As a Finance Specialist in Quantis Milano, you will support the DACH entities and Quantis Holding, focusing on AP and AR workflows. You will collaborate with the European Finance team to strengthen cross-office coordination and help build a Milan-based Finance hub. You’ll tackle routine accounting tasks, refine processes, and ensure accurate financial records in a mission-driven, international environment. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling sustainable client outcomes through precise finance operations.

Responsabilità

- Process and review supplier invoices and obtain approvals
- Prepare supplier payments and monitor execution across banks
- Maintain vendor data and reconcile statements
- Support vendor screening for new suppliers and travel processes
- Record and archive invoices and supporting documents
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and monitor receivables
- Follow up on overdue invoices with stakeholders
- Record and allocate customer receipts and perform reconciliations




- Contribute to month-end/year-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Support external audits and harmonize Finance processes across offices
- Collaborate with Finance colleagues across Quantis entities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field (explicit degree not specified)
- 2+ years of experience in AP, AR, or general accounting
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work in an international, multi-entity environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage priorities independently
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across countries and teams
- Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/accounting systems; NetSuite is a plus
- Familiarity with Swiss and/or German VAT and statutory requirements is a plus
- Previous consulting environment experience is a plus
