Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and unblocking of pending invoices in collaboration with the shared center in Prague, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines.
Weekly extracting supplier invoices and reporting on payments and CPAs (Certificates of Payment) to physicians.
Entering and managing payment terms in the system.
Entering and modifying supplier records in the management system (SAP). xpavfwmManaging IBAN changes with verification and re-push procedures for data security.
Profile

Requirements:
Background in the pharmaceutical industry (knowledge of the dynamics of medical events and HCP payments is essential)Excellent knowledge of ExcelSAP knowledge is preferredExperience navigating banking portalsGood English writing skills for daily email management with international teams
