As part of VST HR team, you will work closely with local and Group HR teams, Centres of Expertise and business leaders in a complex matrix organization. /ppYou will be part of an international HR team, collaborating with colleagues across Vodafone markets and Group functions, with the opportunity to contribute to strategic people initiatives that impact thousands of employees across Europe. /pulliPartner with senior leaders to define and implement people plans aligned with business priorities. /liliDrive organizational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives. /liliSupport talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development activities. /liliLeverage people analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions. /liliCollaborate with Group HR Centres of Expertise across Talent, Reward, Learning, People Experience and Employee Relations. /liliEnsure effective implementation of key HR processes, including performance management, compensation reviews and talent programmes. /liliSupport cross-market projects and organizational transformations across European markets.



/li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliStrong business partnering experience within an international environment. /liliSolid understanding of HR disciplines and people processes. /liliStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills. /liliAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational execution /liliDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. /liliMinimum 4/5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a comparable HR role. /liliExperience working in multinational and multicultural environments. /liliFluency in English and Italian /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems. /liliStrong analytics and project management mindset /li /ulpThe starting salary will be at least 43.400€ + PDR This figure represents the starting point only, and the final offer will be dependent on your individual skills, experience and potential assessed during the process, and the benchmarking information for the position’s reward level /ph3Who we are /h3pWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
