* Lead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience.
* Set clear goals, foster a sense of shared ownership, and keep the team focused on results and continuous improvement.
* Turn the store into more than just a shop — a space of connection where every visitor experiences the full Meller vibe.
* Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance).
* Monitor stock levels, make adjustments as needed, and maintain an organised, attractive store.




* Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
* Bring proactive ideas to help the store and brand evolve — your input matters. What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.
* Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales reports.
* Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.
* High level of English, comfortable with international customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.
* Energetic, growth-oriented attitude; a team player who shares our ambitious vision.
