You will report to the Clearing Chief Compliance Officer, Lucia Fulvi. /ph3You will primarily be responsible for: /h3ulliSupporting the timely review, update and maintenance of Compliance policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and other governance documents /liliAssisting the Compliance team in the organisation, coordination and logistical support of the Banca d'Italia inspection team at the CCP premises in Rome during the annual onsite inspection exercise to be held in Italian, including preparation and collection of documentation, scheduling meetings with inspectors and ensuring timely follow-up or escalation on action items /liliSupporting the annual risk assessments to ensure adherence to EMIR requirements and other applicable CCP regulatory obligations. /liliSupporting the efficient update of documents within the Compliance remit on a recurring or upon request basis, ensuring the timely contribution of other teams, if any. /liliAssisting in the preparation of Compliance reports, dashboards and presentations. /liliBuilding excellent working relationships with internal CCP teams, Group Compliance teams and other Group stakeholders. /liliContributing to the implementation of harmonised compliance approaches across teams and geographies. /liliProactively identifying opportunities to innovate and improve compliance processes and procedures, supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the team. /AI) and data analytics to enhance compliance processes. /liliStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings, manage documentation and support the team during onsite inspections. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required; professional working proficiency in Italian is also essential. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics or a related field. /liliIdeally, one to two years of relevant experience in compliance,
