Luogo: Lainate, IT, 20020 Main Purpose of the role For our HR team based in Lainate, we are looking for a new colleague as HR Advisor. What you will do
* Manage employee relations and case management end to end;
* Coach managers on performance, development, and team issue;
* Translate global HR policies into local practices;
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws;
* Ensure data quality and update HR IS;
* Act as liaison between Global HR CoE and local business needs;
* Support workforce data insights and report;
* Escalete complex or strategic issues to HR Business Partners. Our Perfect Candidate
* Degree in HR, business, or a related field;
* 3 years in an HR advisory or generalist role within an international, matrixed organization;
* Working knowledge of local labor law;
* Knowledge of HRIS platforms;
* Track record of translating global policy into local practice;




* Data literacy and strong attention to detail
* Effective collaboration across cultures in a global-local model;
* Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive matters;
* Preferably advisory and stakeholder management skills. The position offers a gross annual salary starting from 33,000€.
