As a Beauty Advisor and valued member of the Rende team, you will excel in this position if you are ready to actively handle the following

missions:
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping

experience:
making them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
* Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.
* Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
* Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
* Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
* Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
* Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating, and crediting the team and individuals for successes. Requirements
* Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant),



preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
* Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
* Empathy and dynamism.
* Results‑oriented mindset.
* Aptitude for teamwork.
