They advise a diverse client base on the full spectrum of workplace matters — from compliance and contracts to complex litigation. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Employment Lawyer who can hit the ground running, bring strategic insight, and offer practical solutions to both employers and employees. 3 yrs + admitted to the bar What You’ll Do:
* Advise clients on employment contracts, terminations, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance
* Represent clients in tribunals and court proceedings
* Conduct workplace investigations and provide training sessions
* Draft and review employment documentation and policies




* Work collaboratively within a dynamic legal team What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Lawyer with 3+ years PQE in employment law
* Strong track record in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
