Overview

As Associate Director in Kroll's Real Estate Advisory Group (Hospitality), you lead complex valuation and advisory engagements across hospitality and related sectors. You will manage client relationships, oversee teams, and help drive the growth of the Hospitality practice in key markets. You provide strategic input on acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities, while ensuring high-quality deliverables. This role combines leadership with deep financial modelling and market insight in a dynamic, international environment.

- salary range 40,000 to 52,500

Responsabilità

- Lead complex valuation, advisory and consulting assignments across hospitality, leisure and real estate sectors
- Oversee preparation and review of valuation models, analyses, reports and client presentations
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple engagement teams ensuring on-time, within-scope, high-quality delivery
- Provide strategic advice on acquisitions, disposals, development opportunities, feasibility studies and portfolio assessments
- Review and challenge valuation assumptions, methodologies and conclusions
- Support business development including client pitches,



proposals and relationship management
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth across the practice
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members and future leaders
- Collaborate with senior leadership on practice development initiatives and cross-functional projects

Requisiti fondamentali

- Significant experience in hospitality real estate valuation, advisory, consulting, investment or related disciplines
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading project teams
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hospitality and real estate markets
- Advanced valuation and financial modelling capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to originate, develop and expand client relationships
- Strong leadership, people management and mentoring skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable
