Help us improve AI-generated speech. You’ll listen to short audio clips in Italian, rate how natural and realistic they sound, and write short captions describing what you hear. The work is fully remote, and full guidelines are provided before you start.

What you’ll do

- Listen to short Italian audio samples and rate them for naturalness, intonation and emotion
- Write brief, accurate captions for audio clips, following the project style guide
- Apply detailed written guidelines consistently across many similar tasks

What we’re looking for

- Full professional proficiency in Italian
- English at C1 level or above, with strong listening comprehension
- A good ear for natural speech, intonation and emotion
- Careful, consistent attention to detail
- Based in Italy and aged 18 or over

- Good-quality headphones
- A quiet place to work

Engagement details

- Freelance, independent contractor role (not employment). You choose when you work and are responsible for your own taxes.
- Short-term project: about 30 hours in total. Hours per person depend on your availability and project needs.
- Shortlisted applicants take a project qualification assessment to confirm they can evaluate and caption audio to the project’s quality standards.
- Applicants who pass the assessment get access to paid project tasks.

Rate: $21 USD Per Hour
