Temple Recruitment is seeking Care Assistants on behalf of nursing homes located in various locations across Ireland. This position is based in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities

- Assist residents with their daily activities.
- Bathing and showering; Dressing and grooming
- Toileting assistance; Oral hygiene
- Assisting with mobility
- Assist patients during mealtimes
- Encourage adequate fluid intake
- Monitor food consumption
- Provide the highest level of attention and care when carrying out all care-related duties.
- Deliver high-quality care in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively in English, as residents speak English.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- At least one year of experience caring for elderly people.
- Conversational English skills are essential.
- QQI 5 Healthcare support/ OSS.

Personal Qualities

- Genuine compassion, kindness, empathy, and patience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents.

Recruitment Process

- Stage 1: Initial online screening.
- Stage 2: Face-to-face interviews in Italy.
- Stage 3: Relocation to Cork, Ireland.





Relocation support will be provided throughout the process.
