The successful candidate will be in charge of planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, pre-established budgets and quality standards throughout the country. /ph3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliDeveloping the project execution plan, outlining the implementation strategy; /liliCoordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and compliance with regulations; /liliManaging and monitoring the project budget, including cost analysis and implementation of corrective measures in case of discrepancies /liliCollaboration with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure effective project implementation; /liliDrafting and presenting periodic project status reports to stakeholders and clients; /liliIdentifying and resolving any critical issues and delays in a timely manner, ensuring business continuity; /liliEnsuring compliance with occupational safety standards and environmental regulations; /liliPreparation, updating and management of technical documentation required by the Client, necessary for project progress and completion; /liliMaintaining effective and constant communication with all team members and clients; /liliPerforming additional activities inherent to the role; /li /ulh3REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering,
